Hot and Muggy

July is here and it has been hot and muggy out! The dry, crunchy, brown grass has turned green again with all the rain we've been getting. The pool is getting good use with this weather! The ice cream socials are off to a smashing start and our new tshirts are avialable in the store. There is apple cider soap and Earth Momma soap (a patchouli blend) on the curing racks.

Opening for 2010 season on April 9!

The spring has blessed us with great weather! I'm talking 60-70 degree days here! The snow is gone, the grass is green, the birds are back and even the tree frogs are out! Now all we need are some campers so come on out! I will not be keeping regular office/store hours until May 1 but you are welcome to come in and we will get you checked in! Bathrooms and laundry room will be up and running!

Winter still looms but it's time to start thinking about CAMPING!

---We still have seasonal sites available. This is our first year offering them.

---We are in need of a workamper couple for the summer. You work 24 hours per week (12 hrs per person) in exchange for a full hook up site (50 amp). General duites include office registration and working the store, bathroom cleaning, and light yard and campground maintenance as well as various other assorted light duties. Each couple will work 3 days a week/4 hours per day and work the same hours. That gives you so much time to still enjoy the park and everything the UP has to offer!
